Job Summary
A live answering service provider is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Associate.
Must be able to:
- Field calls for countless businesses spread over the globe
- Be first point of contact as a lead generator
- Use a cloud-based phone system to give our client’s callers exceptional service
Position Requirements Include:
- Your customer service skills have all the hallmarks of an expert: efficiency, friendliness, a positive attitude
- Your communication skills shine in both text and conversation
- Seamlessly translate Spanish to English and vice versa
- You have the technical know-how to operate software and the ability to keep your cool in difficult situations
- Cable/Fios or other high-speed Internet connection
- Internet Download speed of at least 3 Mbps
