A community development technology company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Representative .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Fostering customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal (phone) and textual (email, chat, and SMS) communications

- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

- Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
