A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Relations Agent in Tucson.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Record all customer call dispositions and call notes
- Send correspondence through e-fax and open skip trace requests
- Negotiate with customers per investor
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of collections
- 2+ years customer service
- Bilingual and fluent in Spanish
- Must have the ability to connect to the internet via direct connection (not Wifi)
- Intermediate computer skills, word, excel, outlook, windows
