Providing exceptional service experiences, the fully remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, maximize sales opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records while working in a supportive and employee-centric environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
  • Maximize sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma required; college education preferred
  • Experience supporting luxury brand products and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting consumer products
