Job Summary
An insurance technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat
- Contacting customers banks/mortgage to obtain additional details
- Creating/updating policies for customers to review
Position Requirements Include:
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with limited structure
