Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent in Raymondville.

Must be able to:

• Assist customers with reporting outages in their area
• Take payments, setting up payment arrangements
• Assist customers in starting service, transferring service from one home to another

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• HS Diploma, GED, or above
• Broadband Internet - NO Satellite or WiFi Internet, must be able to plug into modem
