Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service and Claims Representative

Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service and Claims Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
• Asking appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues
• Owning problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma / GED or higher OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• All new hires will be required to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes
