Job Summary
A banking and financial institution needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service and Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services and problem resolution
- Resolve customer service inquiries and issues
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with the company's core values
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups
- Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems
- Knowledge of and ability to assist customers with a specific type of support
