Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their questions on their accounts
  • Ensure you resolve their issues in a compassionate and timely manner
  • Work independently from home and collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish for both written and verbal communication
  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • At least six months of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated courteousness and friendliness with a high degree of professionalism
