Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their questions on their accounts
- Ensure you resolve their issues in a compassionate and timely manner
- Work independently from home and collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish for both written and verbal communication
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Demonstrated courteousness and friendliness with a high degree of professionalism
