Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative 1.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Three hours of policy support work and processing with limited phone calls
- Assisting clients with questions and changes
- Reviewing all policy information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Periodically attend office based training or meetings as needed
- Great bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills
- Six months of Customer Service experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic knowledge of computer systems
- Demonstration of effective oral and written communication skills
