Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative 1.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Three hours of policy support work and processing with limited phone calls
  • Assisting clients with questions and changes
  • Reviewing all policy information

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Periodically attend office based training or meetings as needed
  • Great bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills
  • Six months of Customer Service experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems
  • Demonstration of effective oral and written communication skills
