Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Remote Work from Home employee, offering $15.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a high volume call center environment
• De-escalate situations with customers while explaining the situation
• Be available to work flexible hours between 11:00am -12:00am EST Monday-Sunday

Required Qualifications:

• One full year of recent contact center/ Work from Home Contact experience in the last 18 months
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with a minimum speed of<50mbps download and<15Mb upload
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
