Job Summary
A contract center has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working shifts between the hours of 7PM Eastern Time and 7AM Eastern Time
- Responding to a high volume of inbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must have anti-virus software installed
- Must be hard-wired to your internet
- Must have 10 GB of RAM or Higher
