A tech-enabled business process management company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

  • Working diligently with your customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Both English and Spanish fluency required
  • Understanding of basic internet troubleshooting and configurations
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Must have pleasant personality, and capability to work independently
  • Capable of multitasking (researching solutions while communicating with a Subscriber)
