A tech-enabled business process management company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

- Answering general customer service questions that may include service issues
- Providing customers with solutions
- Working diligently with your customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Both English and Spanish fluency required
- Understanding of basic internet troubleshooting and configurations
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Must have pleasant personality, and capability to work independently
- Capable of multitasking (researching solutions while communicating with a Subscriber)
