Job Summary

A customer experience company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Get answers for customers quickly, consult on products with compassion, resolve their issues with a smile

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 6 months or more of customer services experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Computer savvy
