Job Summary

A credit reporting service is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle and resolve user inquiries
  • Keeping records of users interactions and transactions
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to type and communicate through email
  • Numeric, oral and written language applications
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and product
  • Must be proficient in Spanish (bilingual)
