Job Summary
A credit reporting service is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle and resolve user inquiries
- Keeping records of users interactions and transactions
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
Required Skills:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to type and communicate through email
- Numeric, oral and written language applications
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and product
- Must be proficient in Spanish (bilingual)
