Job Summary
A facilities services company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Answer back to back calls
- Handle customer service inquiries
- Navigate a computerized system for responding to and/or troubleshooting customer questions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be self-starter, detail-orientated and able to organize and prioritize
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and clients alike
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Must be bilingual
