A customer experience management company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Columbia.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Position Requirements Include:
- Must speak, read, and write english & spanish fluently
- High School Graduate or GED
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
