Job Summary
A company that provides critical health and human services programs to state, federal, and local governments is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in El Paso.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take in-bound calls & answer questions with appropriate pre-scripted responses to provide claims-specific information
- Perform outbound calls to verify the authenticity of received documents
- Utilize standard technology such as computer, telephone, email, and web browser to complete work tasks
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to speak and read English and Spanish clearly and professionally
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5 years
- Must be empathetic in your ability to deal with sensitive topics and information
- Ability to pass a federal background check
