A business processing solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Irving.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Perform data entry related to a new program
- Assist customers by researching their account
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English
- Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer's requests or concern
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
