A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Milan.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing resources and leading edge technology tools to assist customers with questions, as well as to stay up-to-date on program information
- Providing an efficient and high quality experience for our customers
