An asset management and business processing solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Moorestown.
Must be able to:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and perform data entry
- Assist customers by researching their account and providing prompt and accurate information
- Talk to and help customers by phone
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English)
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism or some completed college coursework
- High speed internet access
- Excellent PC and internet navigation skills
- Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise
