Job Summary

A business processing solutions company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Moorestown.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls
  • Assisting customers by researching their account and providing prompt and accurate information
  • Performing data entry related to a new program

Qualifications Include:

  • Training class begins Monday, August 23rd
  • Must be bilingual (fluent in both Spanish and English in order to be considered)
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
  • Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer's requests or concern
