Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Pueblo.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with daily call volume (service level takes priority)
  • Ensuring customer needs are met on every interaction
  • Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to type 25-30 wpm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
