Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Pueblo.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with daily call volume (service level takes priority)
- Ensuring customer needs are met on every interaction
- Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to type 25-30 wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Ability to professionally handle and resolve escalated issues
