A customer service outsourcing company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in Romulus.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Guiding and educating customers in a helpful way
• Becoming the subject matter expert who people rely on
• Accurately processing and recording information ensuring data integrity

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Must pass a criminal history background check
• Able to fluently read, write, and speak in both English and Spanish
