Job Summary
An asset management and business processing solutions company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative in the Irving Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing data entry related to a new program
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
Qualifications Include:
- Experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer’s requests or concern
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some completed college coursework will serve as substitute for work experience
- Must possess English/Spanish bilingual reading/writing skills
- Private workspace or home office free of distractions and outside noise
