Job Summary
A supply chain solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Verify details on regulatory documents with accuracy
- Support and explain customer billing and subscription terms
- Provide necessary outbound follow-up, both via phone and email
Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Working PC knowledge, windows preferred and related applications
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and apply new information or skills
