Job Summary
A customer experience management and business process outsourcing company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative in Fort Lauderdale.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual - fluent in English & Spanish
- Typing 25 WPM
- 6 months customer service experience minimum
- Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
