A developer of photo management software has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Troubleshoot our product
- Take customer feedback and document it for our product and engineering teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Be fluent in writing and speaking Spanish and English
- Have 1-2 years customer-facing experience at a SaaS or technology company
- Be technically savvy and hungry to learn the ins and outs of our platform quickly
