Job Summary

An education company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Digital Production Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of bilingual producers and vendors that can accommodate content production requests
• Mentor direct reports to define career goals and foster their development
• Ensure clear workflows, roles, and responsibilities amongst direct reports

Required Skills:

• Spanish language proficiency
• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a translation and editorial role
• 5+ years of experience in a digital media production role, with a history of successfully delivering digital products
• Excellent organization skills; creativity and objective-oriented focus
• Experience in project planning and tracking applications
