A national organization has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Digital Products Support Specialist.

Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years in user or customer support, app user-driven management, technical user support, etc
- English to Spanish translation experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working with customer support platform Zendesk
