A healthcare products and services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Digitech Customer Service Representative in Chappaqua.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering patient questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Answering heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
- Forwarding calls as necessary to alternate billing departments
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
