Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Disbursement Customer Service Agent in San Antonio.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for responding to customer service calls and correspondence according to SOP and contact requirements
- Be accountable for receiving calls from child support customers and other stakeholders and responds per SOP and contact requirements
- Document correspondence and contacts in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contract requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery
- Fluent in English and Spanish and knowledge of customer service techniques, including how to handle upset callers
- Knowledge of Policies and procedures involved in SDU payment processing and child support policies
- Understanding of SMI and state client’s child support system
- Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Must have experience and knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
