Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Donation Coordinator in Pittsburgh.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming calls from individuals calling to donate
- Making outbound phone calls to solicit for donations
- Assisting donors with recurring payments
Position Requirements Include:
- Sales Experience
- Fluency in the Spanish language
- Knowledge of non-profit fundraising due to work or volunteering
- Prior inbound and outbound consumer contact center skills
- Ability to align with company's mission
