Job Summary

An educational technology development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Education Technology Tier 1 Customer Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Research solutions to customer questions and problems
  • Create and track support tickets for each issue
  • Interact with support teams aimed at working toward problem resolution

Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years experience using MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently and effectively
  • 1+ year experience working in the Customer Service field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
