Job Summary
An educational technology development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Education Technology Tier 1 Customer Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research solutions to customer questions and problems
- Create and track support tickets for each issue
- Interact with support teams aimed at working toward problem resolution
Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years experience using MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently and effectively
- 1+ year experience working in the Customer Service field
- High school diploma or equivalent
