Job Summary
A global healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish English Call Center Licensed Practical Nurse.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing telephonic clinical assessments
- Utilizing approved medical protocols per policy
- Recommending an appropriate level of clinical care based on clinical judgment and protocols
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Current LPN license in the State of Florida, and 2+ years of experience as an LPN
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (must pass a language assessment)
- 1+ years of experience in customer service and 2+ years of experience using a computer and Microsoft Office
- HIPPA compliant designated in-home office/workspace
- Pass AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida (requires renewal every five years)
