Job Summary

A well-known healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish-English Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping to guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
  • Responding to and resolving on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
  • Researching complex issues across multiple databases and working with support resources to resolve customer issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Spanish Bilingual Required
  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs
  • Proficient problem solving approach to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, determine immediate requests and identify the current and future needs of the member
