Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Enrollment Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Initiate phone contact with eligible Medicare patients
• Meet or exceed outbound call rates and enrollment objectives
• Completely and accurately educate eligible patients on the benefits of CCM/RPM programs

Required Skills:

• Verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English
• Demonstrates iCare values
• High School Degree or GED equivalent
• Quick study on use of computer systems
• Comfortable with Excel spreadsheet data entry
