Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Enrollment Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Obtaining consent from patients electing to opt-in to the programs
- Meeting or exceeding outbound call rates and enrollment objectives
- Initiating phone contact with eligible Medicare patients in attempt to enroll them in CCM/RPM programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English
- High School Degree or GED equivalent
- Comfortable with Excel spreadsheet data entry
- Quick study on use of computer systems
