A banking and financial institution is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Finance Customer Service Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and investigating customer inquiries
- Resolving customer service inquiries and issues
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Skills and Requirements Include:

- Ability to advise and engage clients on a variety of technological tools
- Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to perform customer service activities for a range of products and services
