Job Summary
A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Financial Client Success Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Handle a high volume of clients in a work from home call center environment
- Operate a desktop computer to obtain and extract information
- Develop and maintain positive client relations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual - Spanish (Required)
- 1-2 years in sales or customer service
- Technical proficiency with Client Relationship Management system
- Strong customer service orientation
- Effective at time management, planning & organizing tasks and time
