Job Summary
A banking and financial holding company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Financial Customer Care Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist customers who use our phone channel with best in class service
- Support the resolution of customer requests
- Sell and refer products and services over the phone
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years customer service experience in either a call center or banking environment
- Proficiency to speak, read and write in Spanish
