Job Summary
A financial services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Financial Customer Service Professional.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers/clients to answer inquiries and questions
- Help people reach their long-term financial goals
- Provide personal wealth management strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A passion for providing quality customer service
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry processes, policies and procedures
- One year or more years of customer service experience
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- May be required to train and study to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
