A alcohol monitoring system provider is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Financial Recovery Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound calls to customers who have passed their required servicing date
- Analyze account data and negotiating settlements and/or payment plans
Position Requirements Include:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service, Collections or Sales environment
- Strong problem-solving & critical thinking skills
