Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish FM Engineering Ops Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area
- Approve subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination
- Effectively recommend same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
- A minimum of four years experience and/or training
- Universal CFC certification
- Must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
- Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues
