Job Summary

A payment technology services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Fraud Specialist .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system
  • Analyze several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history
  • Contact customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high volume call center
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professionalism during difficult situations with customers
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
