Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Frontline Technical Support Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing day-to-day monitoring and management of phone queues
  • Training, continually coaching & educating the Tier 1 agents
  • Maintaining schedules and monitoring time-off requests

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead, with direct reports
  • A track record of going above and beyond for your team and customers
  • Demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching other support team members
  • Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish
