Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Frontline Technical Support Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing day-to-day monitoring and management of phone queues
- Training, continually coaching & educating the Tier 1 agents
- Maintaining schedules and monitoring time-off requests
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical discipline
- 1-3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead, with direct reports
- A track record of going above and beyond for your team and customers
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching other support team members
- Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish
