Job Summary
A global social-networking company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Global Escalations Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Investigate bug and app functionality reports
- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to reduce the number of escalations that we receive
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent oral and written skills in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a customer service team
- Experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and technical troubleshooting
