A provider of customer engagement services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Government Public Trust Clearance Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Consult with customers on products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries with active listening
• Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding

Position Requirements Include:

• Requires an active government public trust clearance (updated within the past 3 years)
• Exceptional bilingual Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience or customer service oriented skills
• Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• High speed internet connection (>15 mbps)
