Job Summary
A customer engagement services provider is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Government Public Trust Clearance Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer inquiries with active listening
- Consult with your neighbors on the available services that can support their situation
- Resolve customer issues with patience and understanding
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Requires an active government public trust clearance (updated within the past 3 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
