A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Grievances and Appeals Representative 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Responding to complaints, grievances and appeals in a consistent fashion
• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting trend information
• Adhering to all regulatory, accreditation and internal processing timelines

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems or in a related environment
• 1+ years’ experience in the Healthcare industry or Medical field
• Strong Data entry and Writing skills
• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
• Ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
