A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Grievances and Appeals Representative 3.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to complaints, grievances and appeals in a consistent fashion
- Collecting, analyzing and interpreting trend information
- Adhering to all regulatory, accreditation and internal processing timelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems or in a related environment
- 1+ years’ experience in the Healthcare industry or Medical field
- Strong Data entry and Writing skills
- Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
- Ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
